Electrical Engineer / Designer

As an Electrical Designer in the Upgrades Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of modifications to the electrical control systems for all of Husky's molding system products.

5+ years experience as an Electrical Designer or Electrical Engineer.

- Diploma in electrical design or degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience designing control systems for industrial control applications including:
- control circuit design including programmable control equipment and design of interlocking circuits
- power circuit design
- electrical servo drive application
- Experience applying electrical and machinery standards (ANSI, NFPA, CSA, EN, UL, etc) as part of the design process.
- Knowledge and experience with PLC and PC controls will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of electrical CAD systems (EPLAN preferred).
- Experience analyzing system requirements.
- Working knowledge of standard industrial communication protocols (PROFIBUS, SERCOS, Ethercat).
